Minimum age requirements are strictly enforced and ensure proper insurance protection. all renters who allow an underage driver will be fined $2,500 and their rental will be immediately canceled.
All renters must have a valid driver’s license within the united states, be 21+ yrs of age, and have full coverage insurance.
The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. Additional drivers must also provide proof of an active insurance policy. The policy must include collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that is transferable to your rental.
Any person paying online should use their own personal credit or debit cards. If not, then the rental may not be given.
All rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. For example, a one- day rental starting at 9am must be returned by 9am the following day. Any delay – for example, if the car is returned at 4pm the following day – will result in an extra day being charged.
Our invoice will be issued on the day you pick up your car, in advance of the term of the rental (i.e. a prepayment) and must be settled in full immediate
In case the customer wishes to extend his rental agreement extra days, he must inform us 12 hours prior to the extension. Otherwise the extension will be charged according to the normal seasonal daily price.
Payment for extension has to be made in advance, otherwise the extension will not be valid.
No cancellation refund applies unless you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your first rental date. Once a reservation has started you cannot get a refund for the remainder of your rental period.

The person receiving the car must present a valid driver’s license.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles due to potential damage and safety hazards while driving. Violating this policy will result in charges.
The driver is required to return the vehicle in the same condition as received. Any dirt, food leftovers, or stains may result in additional charges.
Engaging in off-roading, rallying, racing, or drifting with our vehicles is strictly prohibited, and visits to tracks are not allowed.
Drivers are not permitted to exceed a specified speed limit. Going over this limit may result in charges. On repeated violations, the vehicle will be shut down, and the remaining rental period will not be refunded.
Pets will not be allowed in our vehicles. Cleaning and damage penalties will be charged without exceptions.
A charge will apply if the car is returned with a very dirty interior, including trash on the ground and leftover food.
Our vehicles are contingent on a maximum mileage as specified in your contract, 200 miles included per day. Any additional usage will incur charges at a per-mile rate, varying based on the car type.
In the event of a customer-caused car crash, the customer is liable for repair costs at the agency workshop, as specified in the contract, in addition to daily rental charges for the repair duration. Regardless of fault, the contract will be canceled with no refunds or car replacement, and the customer must report the incident to the police.
Exceeding the speed limit is prohibited, and after three violations, a charge applies on the fourth attempt. On the fifth attempt, the contract will be terminated, and the car will be shut down, with non-refundable rental fees.
Driving in race tracks, or drifting is not allowed. Violating this incurs a charge, plus the total cost of repairing any mechanical failures or damages caused.
Reckless driving, including donut drifts, is prohibited, with a charge and additional repair costs for violations.
Tire damage is not covered by basic insurance, and the customer is responsible for tire replacement/repair costs.
A minimum charge applies for each scratch on the returned car.
Fines that Accelerating Motion Autos can’t pay online incur a minimum charge. Additionally, each fine with impounding carries a minimum charge.
In the case of a car crash involving two or more Accelerating Motion Autos cars, the contract is terminated with no refunds. Each customer involved is charged, plus the total cost of car repairs.
Affixing marketing materials, such as stickers or wrapping paper, on the cars is not allowed, with a charge for violations.
The customer must document the car’s condition with photos/videos when receiving and returning it. Violating the above statements will result in contract termination by Accelerating Motion Autos.
